Where NOT to eat

The slowest service I have ever experienced and having already been set up with a bottle of house white we couldn’t escape, plus we later discover that the wine was £12.95
My fellow diner ordered some Italian sausages in pepper and tomato sauce to start. What actually came was a couple of porkies akin to a Tesco value banger, with some passata blobbed on the top, accompanied by some blanched-to-within-an-inch-of-their-life peppers.
I had gamberoni bianco, normally a fave of mine, but the prawns had not been de-veined, I attempted to do this myself but one was so full of sh*te that it exploded over the plate. I like to eat prawns, but I don’t want to eat what they digested shortly before death. Also paying nearly £10 for five pooey prawns isn’t ideal, particularly when you end up eating only eight quids-worth of them.
