BMI Baby flight
Yay, cheap flights. But you really do get what you pay for.
A quick flight from EMA to Glasgow was delayed 30 mins going up, then delayed by an hour coming back the next day.
Very little info was given to the people waiting at the departure gate, and when questioned, a BMI worked replied “I don’t know what time you will be boarding, we are waiting for the plane to land” - yeh, we’re all waiting for that!
