It seems a long time ago that I could only run for odd minutes… I am proud to announce that I can now run for 10 minutes!
I’m still trying to follow the Bupa 5k plan, but I’m sticking with 3 lots of running with 2 min walk intervals inbetween. Today was my first attempt at run 10 / walk 2 x 3 and I did it, hurrah!
